Michael Renner, originally from Buffalo, NY. Mike is owner and operator of the Loaded Burger Food truck. Mike graduated from the University of Buffalo with a degree in Art Science. Mike used his passion for food, and strong leadership to create a fun and challenging career in the hotel industry, managing and directing department of 40+ pp. He left a highly successful 20 year career in hospitality and restaurant management to follow his dream of starting his own concept restaurant.

Mike’s experience, strong work ethic and natural artistic ability allowed him to build a strong brand and flourishing food truck.

Mike works long and rewarding hours on the truck ensuring a successful operation with great products. His innovative business model is constantly improving its processes while listening to customers to promise a long standing business in the food truck industry.
